acknowledge that you have read, understand and accept the terms and conditions.
You acknowledge that the terms and conditions herein unconditionally replace all
other contractual terms associated with your account, including, but not limited
to, cancellation, returns, shipping and warranty.
Availability
Product offered on the Outlet Page is limited and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Superior does not guarantee the availability of any Product listed herein.
Cancellation
Orders may not be cancelled.
Limitation of Liability
SUPERIOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER OR NOT SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGE IS CAUSED BY THE FAULT OR NEGLIGENCE OF SUPERIOR, ITS EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR SUBCONTRACTORS.
No warranty
Products are sold as is. Superior makes no representation or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to the products and expressly disclaims all warranties, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights.
Packaging
Product is sold as advertised. Superior will not offer any special packaging options.
Price
Listed prices are final; no additional discounts, credits or promotional funds will be offered.
Returns
All sales are final. Superior will not accept any refused or returned product. Customer will be liable for the invoice price plus all shipping charges if product is returned.
Shipping
Orders will be shipped in accordance with the customer account terms. Orders are shipped FOB Irwindale. Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost (contact your sales representative for more information).

No training or technical support beyond the instructions included with the product will be offered
