Plantronics® Sound Coach Visits Superior

As part of a cross-country effort designed to educate channel partners about their latest audio accessories, Plantronics rolled their Sound Coach into Superior Communications to spend a day with our employees. The 44-foot self-contained mobile unit is fully equipped to provide visitors with an interactive, multimedia experience.

Inside, Superior employees were treated to a self-guided audio tour (via iPod) where they learned about Plantronics accessories, technology, and history. The Sound Coach also offered hands-on product training as well as six computer workstations allowing visitors to browse the Plantronics website or chat with customer service representatives.

The highlight of the visit came in the form of a presentation. With the help of a 65” plasma screen, Plantronics staff spoke about market opportunities, effective selling techniques, and introduced brand new audio accessories that combined fashion and function such as the Discovery 925 Bluetooth® headset.

To top off their visit, Plantronics provided all Superior employees who toured the Sound Coach with a complimentary pair of earbud headsets and a certificate of completion.
