Procurement
Superior will enter into a distribution agreement with third party suppliers on behalf of our customers.  This can include negotiation of pricing and terms as well as product evaluation.  By funneling multiple product lines through Superior, our clients avoid the time-consuming chore of managing multiple suppliers. 

Product Availability
Because our team works with major carriers to have accessories available in time for handset launch, we can ensure that you have accessories by handset launch as well.  Our Supply Chain team includes inventory analysts to help clients prepare forecasts for product launch through end-of-life.  Through long experience, we have developed formulas that consider both product type and handset forecast as indicators of initial channel fill and appropriate min/max by SKU.   With data feeds from your Distribution Center(s) or POS system, we can help you monitor inventory levels, adjust purchase orders, and develop strategies for shortages or overstock.

Warehousing
With more than 225,000 square feet of warehousing and production space at our Irwindale, CA campus we are able to house and manage multiple inventories, including manufacturer retail-packaged items, pre-packed finished goods, customer-owned inventories and raw materials for use in custom orders.  Our automated Warehouse Management System provides real-time inventory tracking and wireless data capture with serialization capabilities, including continuous location, history and disposition tracking.  

Capacity
Superior fulfills to distribution centers, retail locations and direct to the consumer. On average, we can custom-pack and ship up to 150,000 units per shift, and run two shifts daily, Monday through Friday.  We can add weekend shifts when necessary. Orders for items in our pre-packed inventories may be shipped in less than 24 hours.  Custom orders can be assembled and shipped within 48 to 72 hours. 

Shipping
We ship truckloads via customer-preferred carrier, though Superior’s own shipping contracts often provide customers with a better price and terms.  We also ship e-containers and cartons, and guarantee all wholesale shipments to the East Coast in three days. Our systems support tracking packages through multiple third party carriers.
