Factory Evaluation
Our experienced product development managers provide assistance to Premium customers who would like to evaluate third party factories in Asia. Our team can audit a factory’s processes, capacity and reliability – either reporting back to you, or accompanying you on an overseas visit to assist you with language, navigation and assessment.

Importing
Located near the major port of Long Beach in Greater Los Angeles, Superior can assist with issues related to US Customs clearance, including proper labeling of product and scheduling. This helps to ensure a steady supply of product and that important launch dates are met.

Procurement
Superior will enter into a distribution agreement with third party suppliers as requested by our Premium clients.  This can include negotiation of pricing and terms as well as product evaluation.  By funneling multiple product lines through Superior, our clients avoid the time-consuming chore of managing multiple suppliers.  Our experience has shown that a number of suppliers have inadequate logistics capabilities, resulting in misshipments and other problems that Superior can sort out on your behalf.  In this way, you have a steady supply of varying products from Superior, packaged correctly, delivered according to your inbound shipping requirements, and with one invoice and point of contact. 

Demand Planning
Our team of account-specific inventory analysts help clients to prepare forecasts for product launch through end-of-life.  Through long experience, we have developed formulas that consider both product type and handset forecast as indicators of initial channel fill and appropriate min/max by SKU.   With data feeds from your Distribution Center(s) or POS system, we can help you monitor inventory levels, adjust purchase orders, and develop strategies for shortages or overstock.
