The system includes automated address verification to reduce wrong address shipping charges, and easy consumer return instructions with a pre-paid return shipping label included in every order.
B2B2C Storefront
To capture more sales at retail locations, Superior offers retailers a commission-based storefront for their in-store use (business-to-business-to-consumer model). Salespeople log onto the site using a unique password and place an order with Superior.
We ship directly to the consumer and provide you with a monthly commission report and revenue share.
B2B2B Storefront
In support of your business-to-business channel, we can create a web site that gives your B2B sales team access to hundreds of accessories without having to carry obsolete catalogs or samples in their car! Each salesperson receives a unique log-on that allows them to manage their list of approved ship-to locations. The sales person places orders on behalf of their customers. We provide regular reports so that you can invoice your customers and pay commissions. We will bill you at a contracted price for each sale.
Web Design
Using web authoring programs including Macromedia Flash and Dreamweaver, our web design team matches your existing site graphics to create your online accessory storefronts. We support you by driving content updates such as promotional banners and pages. All sites have a dynamic interface with our proprietary Product Information Management system, to ensure automated updates of compatibility, new and EOL items. Each item includes thumbnail and close-up images, compatibility, features, benefits, instructions, item numbers and price.
Site Infrastructure
Our standard web infrastructure includes product searches by handset make/model and product category. Standard shopping cart functionality includes order confirmation, on-line order tracking, notification of backordered items, secured payment by Visa, Mastercard or American Express, or against an approved bill-to/ship-to in the case of B2B2B. To integrate items from multiple vendors in your B2C storefront, we can accept data feeds through FTP sites, XML/Web Services or MQ and/or EDI.
Hosting
For the web sites we manage on behalf of our customers, we provide free hosting with an in-house dedicated T1 line and four dedicated CPU Compaq servers. We monitor the servers 24/7 to ensure immediate response to any technical difficulties.
Customer Support
Our call center dedicated to supporting our online storefronts can assist your end-users or sales people with order tracking, placing orders or other questions that arise while using our sites. Trained operators are available 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. PST, Monday – Friday, except holidays.
