Brand
Our graphic designers use your brand identity to create custom artcards for your accessory line, incorporating product compatibility, features, instructions and warranty information.  In addition to creating your brand of retail packaging, Superior can package your products in carrier co-branded packaging. This strategy, offered to our carrier customers under our Premium program, allows the carrier to feature their brand alongside yours and gives them a consistent packaging look and brand message in their stores.It is also a great way for you to place products in the lucrative carrier channel.

Structural Design
Superior employs packaging engineers and designers adept at creating structural designs in both thermoform and paperboard.  We offer several base design shapes and use form-fitting inserts to display the product within the package.  We also develop unique packages at the request of Genesis customers to help differentiate particular products or lines.  Recent initiatives have included a “touch and feel” case that is nonetheless secure, and a “green” packaging initiative in line with new environmental laws. 

Assembly
Package designs optimized for cost- and time-efficient assembly, combined with automated equipment and a skilled labor force, allow us to create finished goods in the United States, but very quickly and competitively. Automated equipment includes RF sealing machines, inline clamshell packaging lines, automated labeling systems and carton erectors, and pallet stretch wrap machines.  Our process includes packing against a quality-controlled Bill of Materials, as well as full inspection by a QC team at the end of the line.

Bundling
We have the capability to package accessories with handsets, and also can help you develop promotional concepts for combining two or more accessories in one package.  Bundle packs have been proven to increase attach rates.  

Finishing
For tamper-proof packaging, Superior offers optional heat sealing of clamshells and can shrink-wrap or apply sealing labels to paperboard cartons.  We have equipment to generate and apply UPC labels with customer bar codes or other customized fields such as cross-reference numbers.  We also can create and apply promotional labels.
