Account Management
Each AT&T authorized retailer is supported by a specific account representative, who serves as part of a sales team focused on this channel. Your account representative assists you with product recommendations, launches, troubleshooting and communicating with Superior’s corporate office.
Program Management
The AT&T indirect channel receives support from a dedicated program manager, who works in tandem with account representatives to manage projects, including new item set-up, special packaging requests, and execution of marketing programs.
Customer Service
A customer service specialist completes the circle of support for indirect accounts, by assisting with the daily management of orders, scheduling and tracking.
Accounting
We extend credit to qualifying customers and provide daily invoicing. Account summaries can be viewed through our on-line customer portal, SuperiorNet.
