Solomon Chen

As the founder and CEO of Superior Communications, Solomon is responsible for the overall direction of the company and for maintaining his vision of dedication to proactively providing clients with the utmost in customer service.

Solomon founded Superior Communications in 1991 as the U.S. distribution arm of a Taiwan-based wireless accessory importer. In 1995, the business expanded to focus more heavily on the OEM market and provide added value through supply chain services.

Prior to founding Superior, Solomon established and operated Solson Inc., a retail, wholesale, and activations business, which he grew from 5 to 40 employees.

A street-smart entrepreneur, Solomon is a hands-on executive who places significant importance on the enjoyment, happiness, and job satisfaction of his talented staff, many of whom are former Superior customers. In his spare time Solomon also enjoys playing golf and adding to his collection of vintage BMW motorcycles.
