James Chen

As Chief Information Officer, James oversees Superior's diverse IT systems. He says his vision is "to make IT an integral part of Superior's business growth. That's why my team works with each department to ensure they have the right tools to grow their business."

Highlights of James' tenure at Superior include the successful implementation of our state-of-the-art Warehouse Management System, Web Portals, eCommerce solutions, and an ERP system. This means Superior is now able to optimally utilize Information Technology to achieve even greater growth in the future.

Prior to joining Superior in 2003, James ran his own Computer Consulting firm focusing on Web Application Development.

James earned his Masters in Computer Science from the University of Southern California.
